Anja Stiedl is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach, Trainer and Speaker with expertise in individual, group, and professional coaching and development. She brings in her long term experience in facilitating major organizational transformation change. With a background on software development, Anja uses Scrum and Agile valuea, frameworks and techniques also in non-IT domains. Her experience in trainings since 2008 and workshop facilitation for small and large group all play into her activating and including style of trainings.

Anja is a Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach CTC since 2018, a Path-to-CSP-Educator since 2019, a Certified Enterprise Coach CEC since 2020, and a Certified Scrum Trainer CST since 2024. She has served the CTC-review-team for 3 years. Anja is highly engaging in the community and offering user groups and meetups for her clients and interested leaders and coaches.
